Payment is due when order is placed, unless you have made other arrangements with me.

For your convenience, this shop gladly accepts various types of payments: most standard credit cards, Paypal, Etsy Gift Cards, etc. If you wish to pay by check or money order, please contact me in advance, and understand that your order will not be shipped until your payment has been received and has been cleared by my bank.

Upon request, I will reserve an item for 48 hours for you. If, after that time, you have not either purchased or communicated with me, I will release the item back into the shop for sale.

Lay-away plans are available for any item or group of items priced at $100.00 or more. See my Lay-away FAQ below for more information.

Most items are shipped within 3 days of payment received; specific shipping timing is listed on each item.

I normally ship your items in the most economical way. This means that delivery time via USPS can be up to a week or more. Once items are are in the mail, I have no more control over them, and they are at the mercy of the USPS.

I strive to estimate precise postage charges, but it is not always possible to be exact. I will refund postage overcharges. If I have undercharged on regular postage, I will NEVER request extra payment; that's my fault and I will not ask you to pay for my mistake.

If you specifically request expedited shipping, I will notify you of any extra charge which must be paid before your item will be mailed.

Duty, taxes, and other related charges are NOT included in the price of items or shipping charges in my shop; they are your responsibility, so please be prepared to pay additional fees if your country charges any of these.

For items valued at less than $100, I do not require insurance; however I strongly urge international buyers to request shipping insurance for all items when ordering; we are not responsible for theft or loss of international orders during shipping.

Please contact me for an exact shipping quote before ordering.

Returns may be accepted; I will decide on a case-by-case basis. If I have inadvertently described an item incorrectly, or if your item is defective, I'll be more than happy to make it right. Just convo me or send an e-mail within 3 days of your receipt of your order, and I'll get back to you within a day or so. Please understand that any shipping costs required to return an item are the responsibility of the buyer.

I offer a lay-away option for any item or combination of items whose value is $100 or more.

1. Decide on the item (or items) you wish to purchase.

2. Send me a message listing the item(s).

3. I will create payment listings for your order which you will pay during an agreed-upon time period. If you are ordering holiday gifts, please allow extra time for delivery.

4. The first payment you make reserves your item(s).

5. When your final payment has been received, your items will be promptly shipped out. If you require expedited shipping, be sure to contact me and I will let you know what the extra shipping charges will be. Your item(s) will not be shipped until the final payment is made; this includes any extra charges for expedited shipping.

Note: All lay-away payments are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to continue your payments, you may use the amount you have already paid as a shop credit with Your Lush Life for another shop item(s). You MUST notify us of this within five days so that we can release the reserved item(s). If you simply stop paying without notification, all previous payment are forfeit.
